Suggested Use: Children up to 6 years old: 1-3 teaspoons daily as needed. Children 6 -12: 1-2 tablespoons daily as needed. Adults: 2-3 tablespoons daily as needed or as recommended by your health care professional. Take with water, milk, or the beverage of your choice.
