Shipping Policy
Methods of Payment
The Dr. Marina Johnson Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards only.
SSL Security
We utilize the state-of-the-art security features through Network Solutions and Verisign for entering any sensitive information on our site but if you would prefer to speak with our Store staff to communicate your financial information, please feel free to call us toll free at 1-866-440-4376 during our normal business hours - 9:30-5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping in the continental United States on any order over $75 USD. Orders are shipped by UPS ground and FedEx ground. For orders under $75, we have a flat $10 shipping and handling fee. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A telephone number must be provided by you at checkout to place on the UPS or FedEx shipment.
Shipment Timing
Orders placed by 12 Noon CST usually ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Shipments do not go out Saturday or Sunday, and all orders received over the weekend (after 12 Noon CST Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday morning. Special arrangements for Saturday delivery may be made by contacting us by phone. Orders will not be processed and shipments will not be sent on company holidays, a list is available by contacting our office
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for a fee of $25 USD for 2-day shipping and $35 USD for next-day shipping.
Insurance
Shipments over $200 USD will be insured at our expense.
Signature Required Delivery
We may require signature on any shipments over $300 USD.
Alaska & Hawaii
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will have an extra handling fee of $ 15 USD.
International Shipments
The Dr. Marina Johnson Store does not ship to international locations at this time.
Lost or Damaged Shipment

Our General Store Checkout
Once you have selected products and are are ready to checkout, you will be prompted to provide us with your email address, contact number, billing and shipping address information and credit card information.
Our Member Store Checkout
If you have registered for a Member account with us, your billing, shipping and email address information will automatically populate on your checkout form for your convenience. You may edit or make changes to that information if necessary. HOWEVER, your credit card information WILL NOT BE STORED and will need to be re-entered. This is for your safety and integrity of your credit.

Order Confirmations
Once you have completed your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order was received and is being processed. Our staff will follow-up, if necessary, with additional email communication (and possible telephone contact) regarding any ordering questions and final payment processing. Detailed shipping information will be provided via email when your product is on it’s way to your location.
Product Inventory
We maintain most product items available in our Dr. Marina Johnson Store inventory. In order to prevent delayed delivery of your products to you, we may, at our sole discretion, have one of our vendor manufacturers ship or partially ship any product(s) in your order direct to your location at no additional expense to you. We will make every attempt to notify you via email if your product order will be coming to you via more than one package.
Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, please send us an email and/or call our office explaining what you wish to change. If you call after business hours, please select Option 3 to leave a message for The Dr. Marina Johnson Store staff. If your order has already been processed (typically by noon, each business day), you will not be able to modify or change your order.
Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been placed, send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may refuse the package. Any refused or cancelled order that has shipped is subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus actual shipping fees and/or return shipping fees. We will not be responsible for any refused packages that do not arrive back at our facility. Tracking Number
It is our normal practice to email customers a UPS shipping tracking number from all shipments made from our Irving, Texas address. If any product is drop-shipped by one of our vendors, that tracking number will not be provided in advance however, if you contact our office by telephone, we will contact our vendor and retrieve that tracking number for you.
