Urinary Support

Urinary tract infections are the second most common type of infection in the body.  They account for about 8.3 million doctor visits a year.  Although these infections in men are not as common as in women, they can be very serious. The urinary system includes the kidneys, the ureters, bladder and urethra.  Among other functions, the kidneys remove excess liquid and waste from the blood in the form or urine.  Normally urine is sterile.  But infection can occur when bacteria from the digestive system begins to multiply in the urethra. Unchecked it can migrate throughout the system, possibly affecting the kidneys.
